Edit Maintenance Strategies

You can edit a maintenance strategy on the Maintenance Strategy details page.

•To edit a maintenance strategy for a single asset, navigate to its details page and double-click the maintenance strategy you want to edit in the Maintenance Strategies section.

•To edit the maintenance strategy for all assets within a group like a version, navigate to the version's details page and double-click the maintenance strategy you want to edit in the Maintenance Strategies section.

Edit a Maintenance Strategy

1.Navigate to the version's or asset's details page.

2.Expand the Maintenance Strategies section and double-click the maintenance strategy you want to edit. Alternatively, you can select the maintenance strategy you want to edit and click the View details () icon.

3.Click the Edit () icon.

4.Edit any fields as required.

5.Click Save and Close.

Delete Maintenance Strategies

You can delete a maintenance strategy can on the details page for the asset or version for which it was created:

•To delete a maintenance strategy for a single asset, navigate to its details page.

•To delete the maintenance strategy for all assets associated with a version, navigate to the version's details page.

You cannot delete a maintenance strategy whose Mode property is Required and that has incomplete orders.

Delete a Maintenance Strategy

1.Navigate to the asset's or version's details page.

2.Expand the Maintenance Strategies section, select the maintenance strategy you want to delete, and click the Delete () icon.

3.In the confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.

The maintenance strategies section no longer displays the maintenance strategy that you deleted.
